iLEO respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your Personal Information in compliance with the Belgian Privacy Act (hereinafter: “PA”) and the European Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter: “GDPR”).

This Policy applies to all visitors of our websites, and users of our products, websites, features, or services, or any other iLeo websites that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Websites”), unless covered by a separate privacy notice, and explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information. Please note that this Privacy notice does not apply to the extent that we process Personal Information in the role of a processor (or a comparable role such as “service provider” in certain jurisdictions) on behalf of our customers, including where we offer to our customers various online products and services, through which our customers (and/or their affiliates) connect to our hosted platform, sell or offer their own products and services, send electronic communications to other individuals, or otherwise collect, use, share or process Personal Information via our online products and services.

What do we collect?
We use iLEO cookies to memorize your language setting and to protect our website.
We use third party analytics cookies, e.g. Google Analytics of Google Inc., to process your IP-address, the pages you visit, the browser you are using, the website you have previously visited, demographic information, and the time and duration of your visit.
We use first-party cookies (such as Google AdWords cookies), along with third-party cookies (such as Double Click cookies) for Search Advertising & Remarketing implemented via Google AdWords.

Why do we collect it?
To recognize you when you make a return visit and deliver overall a consistent experience.
To get aggregated information about your use of our website for analytical purposes and to enhance the functionality and user-friendliness of our website.
To inform and optimise the third parties, including Google, who publish adverts for iLEO on various websites based on previous visits to this site.

How we use Personal Information
Purposes of Processing
In addition to those detailed above, we will not use or share your Personal Information in ways unrelated to those described below. We do not use automatic decision-making or profiling and will not sell your Personal Information for any purpose.
We might use your personal data to provide and maintain our products, and to respond to support requests, prevent or address any issues, monitor usage, and improve our products.

The processing of your data is either based on your consent or in case the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party, or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
Special Protection of Children's Personal Information
iLEO is in compliance with the requirements of PA and GDPR. We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If you are under age 13, please do not give us any Personal Information. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help us enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing them to never share Personal Information through our Websites without their permission. Third Party Sharing
iLEO does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties any personally identifiable information.
This does not include trusted third parties or subcontractors who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you. Such trusted parties may have access to personally identifiable information on a need-to-know basis and will be contractually obliged to keep your information confidential.
We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others’ rights, property, or safety.

Friendly Captcha is a fully GDPR-compliant captcha service from Germany that protect iLEO websites from spam and bots abuse.
NephoSolutions is a Belgian ICT consultancy & services provider focusing on cloud operations, DevOps, automation and continuous delivery.
pCloud is a European secure encrypted cloud storage from Luxembourg, where we store iLEO backups.
Upvoty is a customer satisfaction management platform from The Netherlands helping us to collect, centralise, and analyse feedback from our customers, and featuring voting, product roadmap, and changelog to inform our customers.
HubSpot is an American CRM platform with all the software, integrations, and resources iLEO needs to connect marketing, sales, content management, and customer service. Transfers of iLEO data to HubSpot US data centre are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in the Data Processing Agreement. And iLEO has started the process of migrating all the data to the new HubSpot EU data centre located in Germany.
All companies have implemented necessary standards to comply with GDPR.
Third-party Services
You may access other third-party services through the Websites, for example by clicking on links to those third-party services from within the Websites. We are not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices of these third-party services, and we encourage you to carefully review their privacy policies.
Location of Processing
iLEO process your Personal Data in Belgium and will not process or transfer your Personal Data or have these processed by itself or by third parties, outside the European Union in countries which do not ensure an adequate level of protection according to the European Commission, except upon having secured appropriate guarantees as required by the PA and GDPR such as the execution of appropriate data transfer agreements.
Personal Information Retention
We only process and keep any Personal Information for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which the information was originally collected. The exact length of time we keep Personal Information depends on our processing purposes and the statutory retention period for that type of information. After the statutory period of time passes, or if storage of Personal Information is not needed, Personal Information is deleted or anonymised.
Security
iLEO takes appropriate administrative, technical, physical, and organisational security measures to protect your Personal Information from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
Your Rights
By written request dated and signed, addressed to iLEO with the proof of your identity, you have the right to request confirmation as to whether your personal data is being processed by us. If this is the case, we will gladly provide you with information about this personal data and the information listed in Art. 15 GDPR.
In addition, you have the right to rectification (Art. 16 GPDR), the right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GPDR), the right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) and the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) under the respective legal conditions, and you have the right to object to the processing under the statutory conditions (Art. 21 GDPR).
iLEO will comply with your request without undue delay and at the latest within one month of receiving the request. The time to respond might be extend by a further two months if the request is complex or if we have received a number of requests from you, e.g. other types of requests relating to your rights.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this Policy, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Policy, and in some cases, where required by law, we may provide you with more prominent notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you an email notification). Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting of the updated Policy.
